How Do I Place an Order
1.Explore your favorite list of items from Leean Collections and select the product of your choice. 2. In the next step, it is always advisable to check the product description, Size etc.After carefully examining all the details, select the desired Size and click on Add to Bag. 3. Once your Product has been successfully added to the Bag, click on View Bag to get the Order Summary and Place an Order.

Refund of the Shipping charges varies as per the following:- 1) If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the shipping charge. 2) If you cancel your order once the items is shipped and shared the tracking details, shipping charge will not be refunded. 3) If your order is subsequently cancelled by Leean Collection, you will be refunded fully.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?
When your order is confirmed: We will send you a message & an email, please check your eCRATER inbox and an-email.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?
Your refund time will be depending on mode of payment, Bank to Bank etc & maximum time taken will be 3- 5 working days.

How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We gladly encourage all our customers to try the items you bought, however, please ensure the product is left in a re-sale-able condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. We want to let you know beforehand that returns might not be possible for all the categories.
